Bo Bandelin

Bosse (Bo) has 35 years of professional experience in the construction industry, and this is how he summarizes that time:

I have worked as a carpenter, foreman, entrepreneur, building inspector, been responsible for the production of concrete facades, and as a construction project manager. As an entrepreneur, I was involved in a lot of renovations, conversions, extensions, and new construction of villas, machine halls, and loose housing barns. I also installed garage doors and wood stoves. The time as a building inspector involved handling building permits and permit management.

At Region Gotland, I worked as a construction project manager and handled renovations and extensions, among other things. At the municipal housing company Gotlandshem, I was responsible for new construction and renovation. There, I was responsible for several projects simultaneously, with a value of up to approximately 450 million SEK. Before moving to Valencia, I worked at Trivselhus and was responsible for the construction of residential houses within Kalmar-Karlskrona-Oskarshamn-Gotland.

Since moving to Valencia, I have renovated several apartments. I collaborate with various property owners and investors who own apartments and need to renovate them.

The work done includes the following: general demolition, laminate flooring, tile flooring, gypsum walls, lowered gypsum ceilings, bathrooms, installation of shower walls, electricity, plumbing, plastering & painting, window replacements, door replacements, moldings and trims, kitchens, assembly of IKEA furniture.
