2. Inspection Service

• 400€/year paid in advance

• The inspection agreement includes the following:

• Regular inspection of your residence every 4 weeks, both inside and outside. No inspections during the months you are present.

• Flushing of drains and taps, and airing of the residence.

• General check to ensure everything is okay, for example, if there are pests, occupants anything else. In case of any issues, you will be contacted immediately.

• Photos are sent via WhatsApp at each inspection occasion.

• Keyholding is included.

3. Breakfast Package

We offer our contract customers a breakfast package or welcome package which we place in your fridge before arrival. 30€ for the service, purchases are billed based on store receipts.

• Example of breakfast package for 4 people:

• Bread

• Butter

• Milk 1 liter

• Juice 1 liter

• Yogurt 4 small

• Cheese

• Cold cuts, ham or turkey

• 6 eggs

• Water 1.5 liters

• Coffee or tea

• Example of welcome package:

• 6 cans of beer 33cl

• 6 cans of soda 33cl

• 1 bottle of cava

• 1 bottle of white wine

• 1 bottle of red wine

• Chips and peanuts

• Fruit

• Purchases are billed based on store receipts. You can choose freely. If the store does not have what you want/or you do not choose anything, we will pick from the most common orders.

• You can add or remove items from the above packages. Unfortunately, we are not able to do any large shopping, thus there is a limit of a maximum of 10 different items.

1. Key Holding Service

• 110€/year paid in advance. Your keys are stored securely, locked in a safety deposit box.

• When handing over keys for planned access to your residence by craftsmen, guests, or similar, it is done at a cost of 30€/occasion.

• Applies to handovers between 08:00 and 20:00.For emergency handovers, or between 20:00 and 08:00, the cost is 45€/occasion.

• For waiting times over 1 hour during key handover, a charge of 30€/hour commenced will be applied. These prices apply within the city of Valencia.

• For longer trips, additional travel costs will apply.
